Alerts & Maintenance

Maintenance - Database Migration

We will be performing a scheduled maintenance on our Hosted Email environment on Saturday, October 24th, 2020 from 11:00 PM EDT to 11:30 PM EDT. As a result, the following systems will be offline:

- Control Panel/O365 Control Panel
- Control Panel REST API
- Control Panel SOAP API
- Webmail public SOAP API
- Webmail logins that use a webmail login token retrieved from the REST API
- The company directory in Webmail will be unavailable
- Signups


**Chat support will not be available during the maintenance window.**

Webmail Access and Attachments

We are aware of an issue within Webmail for our Hosted Email that will cause general slowness accessing and loading content. Users will most commonly see this as long loading times within Webmail including the slowness or inability to download attachments as well. Email clients such as Outlook and mobile devices are not affected.

Our engineering team is actively engaged and working towards full resolution. Email delivery is not impacted.
